Run for the Gold
Classic Car Show!!
September 5th & 6th, 2008
The results for 2008 are in! The Oakhurst Sierra Sunrise Rotary Club and CENTURY 21 Ditton Realty raised more than $19,000, which will be given to local elementary schools as mini-grants for classroom equipment and programs. This event, for cars from 1972 or before, takes place annually in Oakhurst, California. In 2007 alone, over $20,000 was raised from this single event. The show takes place annually on the second weekend of September.
Run for the Gold 2009

Registration is on Friday evening or Saturday morning, and the show itself takes place Saturday morning and afternoon, concluding with the Rotary's Choice, "Real" Hot Rod & Best of show awards ceremony & optional cruise to Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino.
Visitors without a classic car can join in the fun, with music, raffles and food on Saturday. Admission for the general public is FREE!
